Having only lived in the Bay Area for a short time, we were quickly and completely overwhelmed by the housing market. Our budget was literally scoffed at by several agents and our expectations, while seemingly reasonable, were apparently unrealistic. Steve was able to bring a lot of reassurance and calm to the process. For one, he’s extremely knowledgeable about the market in Marin and so was able to help us hone in on where we wanted to be and what we could expect to pay. Once we decided to move forward with a property, Steve went above and beyond to help us negotiate a rent-back agreement and file a retroactive permit… in addition to all of the other tasks that must be completed during a home purchase.
